Shipping Policy
Curlylox is a small UK-based company, and I will always try to ship orders within three working days. I will send orders by Royal Mail signed for First Class delivery at a cost of £4.50.
Returns
I hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if you wish to return all or part of your order for a refund or an exchange, please get in touch at lori@curlylox.co.uk.
Items need to be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt. Unfortunately, I am unable to refund your postage costs and recommend that when you return items, you get a certificate of posting or use recorded delivery, as I cannot accept liability for returns lost in transit. Please include your original packing slip and order details with your return.
I will only accept returns if items are in original unworn condition, in their original packaging, with labels still attached.
